Cours de Français

About the course

Since we became an Associate Centre of the Alliance Française de Madrid in 2017, we have presented a large number of students for the official DELF-DALF French language certification.

Who are the Alliance Française?

It is an official institution supported by the French Embassy in Spain, and is part of a network of 20 Alliances françaises in Spain and more than 1000 establishments throughout the world.

Also as a member of the cultural network of the French Embassy in Spain, the Alliance Française plays an important role in the development of the French language and each year promotes new types of courses and new destinations for language stays.

The aim of this worldwide network, present in more than 135 countries, is to promote the French language and to spread French culture.

What does the agreement entail?

First of all, it is a better training in the French language and it is also an administrative facility for our candidates.

At the training level, the teachers are up to date with all the new developments and modifications related to DELF/DALF and can therefore prepare their classes and the official exams in the best possible way, which means a high pass rate in the exams (in the DELF sessions of 2016, FORO CUENCA has had a 100% pass rate in A2, B1 and B2).

Our teachers are specialists in FLE (French as a Foreign Language) and also collaborate directly with the Alliance Française, including being official examiners/correctors.

At the administrative level, we take care of everything, we register the candidate for the exam and he/she only has to go to the Alliance Française on the day of the exam, take the exam and wait for the results and the diploma, which is received directly at our centre, without having to travel to pick it up.

The exams

These are official international French language examinations of the French Ministry of Education and are administered worldwide by the CIEP (Centre International d'Etudes Pédagogiques).

The Alliance Française de Madrid offers every year:

DELF and DALF diplomas

The DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) and the DALF (Diplôme approfondi de langue française) are the official international French language diplomas issued by the French Ministry of Education and managed worldwide by the CIEP (Centre international d'études pédagogiques).

DELF and DALF consist of 6 independent diplomas in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
